Malibu Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 oz Malibu rum coconut rum
– 1 oz tequila
– 2 oz pineapple juice
– 1 oz fresh lime juice
– 1/2 oz triple sec orange liqueur
– Ice cubes
– Pineapple wedge and lime wheel, for garnish
– Salt or sugar, for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions:
